Snake Goddess, based on ancient Minoan figurines discovered at Knossos on Crete (circa 1700-1450BCE). The serpent is often considered a symbol of renewal and rebirth because of the shedding of it's skin and has historicaly represented protection in many cultures as well. Size: 42 x 30 x 10mm (approx 1¾ inches tall) Material: brass - these statues come assorted in silver and gold toned brass.
