German Chamomile Oil

100% Pure Essential Oil of German Chamomile (blue chamomile). German Chamomile oil can help promote restful sleep, relieve anxiety and reduce menstrual pain. It's also great for your skin. Mix it with a carrier oil and use to help soothe and hydrate irritated, dry or sensitive skin. It makes an excellent addition to a natural face toner. 

- Do not use undiluted on skin. Be sure to mix with a carrier oil. Not for internal use.
